All products purchased from Great Canadian Kite Company may be exchanged or returned for a refund in new and unused condition within 30 days of the shipping date. Refunds will be issued via the same method as the original payment. Sorry, shipping charges are non refundable.
All products for which you are requesting a return must be in their original condition, including all accessories, the original packaging, manuals, etc.
Once the flying line has been unwound, attached to the kite, or the kite has been flown it is no longer considered new and unused. Return merchandise must be in brand new condition so that we can sell it as new again. The Great Canadian Kite Company reserves the right to refuse any exchanges or refunds that are returned to us used, not in their original condition.
All returns must be shipped to us prepaid. We recommend that you properly insure your package and ship it via a traceable method and hold onto these items until the return process is complete.
If by chance we send you the wrong product:
1.Notify us by email immediately.
2.Return it in original condition and packaging and we will send you the correct product upon receipt of returned product. Yes, we will pay the shipping.
3.If we can’t make it right we’ll refund your money.
If arrives damaged:
1.Notify us by email immediately.
2.Return it in original condition and packaging and we will send you a new kite upon receipt of returned product. Yes, we will pay the shipping.

We cannot accept a return after 30 days from the shipping date.
