We insure every shipment and send you a tracking number. If you see a product in our store, we actually have it in stock or it is on route. In stock items ship the next day from our warehouse Monday through Friday. On occasion, items may be back ordered and we will items ship as soon as available. You will be notified if item is on back order. Transit times will vary by location but are typically 2 - 8 business days. USA order can expect 6 to 13 business days depending on destination. Shipping Costs for kites have a lot more to do with length than weight. Our prices reflect this cost. There are no hidden fees or handling charges. Taxes Canadian customers will be charged 5% GST.
